2. Seller's representative issues FCO
3. Buyer signs and returns FCO / ICPO with banking details
4. Seller's representative issues draft contract
5. Buyer signs and returns draft contract
6. Buyer issues pre-advice of L/C
7. Seller issues proof of product and 2% non-operative PBG based on L/C value
8. Buyer issues operative L/C within 48 hours of receiving PBG
9. Buyer and seller agree on lifting schedule
10.T/T or L/C must be 100% payment before delivery.But in some cases it differs.
11. Delivery as per contract.
